• A deposit of 25% of the total appointment cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due after the service.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits will be refunded if canceled or applied toward the next appointment if rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on booking future appointments.

  • Appointment reminders will be sent the day before the scheduled service.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed without incurring additional fees but may reduce your appointment time.

  • Intake forms are mandatory for esthetic treatments. Please ensure the digital form is completed before your appointment.

  • If unable to complete a digital form, a paper copy will be available upon arrival. Please arrive early to complete the paperwork.

  • All collected information will remain 100% confidential and disclosed only with proper consent, if necessary.

  • Sanitation, hygiene, and necessary safety measures are always a promised prioritized.

  • On going education is highly valued to stay updated on products, protocols, and regulations.

  • Located in Lucedale Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Located in Moss Point Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
