A deposit of 25% of the total appointment cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due after the service.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits will be refunded if canceled or applied toward the next appointment if rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on booking future appointments.
Appointment reminders will be sent the day before the scheduled service.
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed without incurring additional fees but may reduce your appointment time.
Intake forms are mandatory for esthetic treatments. Please ensure the digital form is completed before your appointment.
If unable to complete a digital form, a paper copy will be available upon arrival. Please arrive early to complete the paperwork.
